Visitor Info
At Marinoto, we warmly welcome family and friends. Maintaining close connections with loved ones is an essential part of our residents' wellbeing, emotional health, and sense of belonging within out community.

We encourage regular visits and meaningful time together.
Visitors are welcome daily between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
If you wish to visit outside these hours, please speak with the Clinical Manager or the Manager in advance. We understand that families may have unique circumstances, and we will always try to accommodate reasonable requests.
For the safety of all residents, staff and visitors, we ask that all visitors sign in and out at reception using the visitor management system. This helps us maintain accurate records in case of an emergency.
Children are very welcome and bring great joy to our community. However, they must be supervised at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of themselves and all of our residents.
Marinoto is home to all our residents. We kindly ask visitors to respect the privacy and dignity of others at all times. Please avoid entering other residents’ rooms and be mindful when taking photos or videos to ensure other residents are not included without consent.
If you are feeling unwell - including symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, vomiting, or flu-like symptoms - please postpone your visit. Residents in aged care can be more vulnerable to infections, and your cooperation helps protect everyone.
Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the facility, and we encourage all visitors to use them upon arrival and before leaving.
During times of increased illness in the community, temporary precautions may be introduced in line with public health guidance.
We love celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and special family gatherings. If you would like to organise something special, please speak with our team and we will be happy to assist where possible.
Visitor parking is available on site. Please park considerately and ensure accessways remain clear for emergency vehicles.
You are welcome to bring small treats or gifts. If bringing food, please check with nursing staff first, as some residents may have dietary restrictions or swallowing requirements. We also do not encourage perishable items to be kept in rooms as this can be forgotten and spoil easily.
